Brewery
Alken is mostly known for its brewery and the bear ‘Cristal Alken’, but also for the castles, churches and chapels you’ll find here.
For recreation there is ‘De Alk’, with a large playground for kids and you can take a walk in the valley of ‘Mombeek’.
Also Alken is a good place to start several biking tours on the Biking route network.
