The Church of Saint Peter features Rhine-Meuse Romanesque architecture, built around 1180–1190. The rib vaulting is believed to be the oldest construction of its kind in Belgium. Notable are the 12th-century Romanesque baptismal font and the tombstone of Abbot Wiric (1180).
